An Awesome End to 2011

Oops~ I sooo meant to blog this session earlier but you know how the holiday season can be!  Thanks to all of my amazing clients it was a truly great year and this was such a cool way to finish it!  This session was a gift from daughter to mom for Christmas~ they hadn't had family pictures done....ever~ you know how hard it is to get everyone together!  I had so much fun with them, they had me laughing the whole time!!

By the way, thank you again to Willow Lake Gardens for the amazing backdrop!!  Y'all are fantastic!!

Boys Being Boys

It has been dark and cloudy and rainy here for a couple of days so I wanted to share this super fun and colorful session!  These boys were absolutely adorable and the grandparent's yard made me want to be 8 again!!  We had a blast and they certainly kept me on my toes!! 

Little Miss Lucy

I had the best time the other afternoon photographing this great couple and the beautiful and curious Lucy!  We went out to Willow Lake Gardens in Weatherford and Mother Nature did not disappoint in the color department!!  Lucy had a great time exploring and playing in the leaves ~ some of the piles were as big as she was!
I am so thankful for my amazing clients~ what a great year!!

Fun Fall Family

Just a quick note to say that I am SO loving this fall!!  I have been so blessed with some of the most fun clients and such amazing settings in which to shoot!
The other day I got to spend some time with this super fun family~ I laughed the whole session! And the amazing colors out at Willow Lake Gardens were just amazing~ even if it was overcast and damp and cold!

Dog Days of Summer

Soooo~ I am obviously really bad at keeping up with this blog!! What can I say, I just don't get that many chances to sit still for long enough!!  The kids are back in school now so I have a little more time~ I will try to do better!!!!!

I had one of my favorite shoots to date the other day~ a client's "little girl" and boy was she a beauty!!  It was hot, I mean HOT~ like 137...ok, more like 103 but if felt every bit of 137 but she was a trooper!  I think she would have played till she dropped if we had let her!

What a blast!!  Did I mention it was HOT??   When the weather finally cools down a little and the beautiful fall colors come in we are going to take her to the lake and play some more!!

I really really love my job!!!

Beautiful Girl!!

Holy Cow~ I can't believe how long it has been since I have posted here!! I have been so busy getting photos out that I haven't taken the tim to stop by lhere and share!  BUT Ms. E was so amazingly fun to photograph I had to share her here~ this girl is gorgeous and she is as down to earth as she is beautiful!!
She shows her cow, loves her animals and has such a shining spirit she was a total joy to work with!  We took off on her 4-wheeler in search of pretty light and I had a great time!!  
I will just share just a couple~ she was soooo photogenic~ I don't think this girl could take a bad picture!!!

I SO love my job!!

Christmas Cards 2010

I have been so busy this season designing Christmas cards that I haven't had a chance to post any of them!!  I have designed a set for a very special family that I want to share and there are a couple more designs in the works that I will share in the next couple of days! 
Quick disclaimer~ the photos in the card example are just a quick couple of my kids, the family wanted their cards to be a surprise to their family and friends!

There are so many more designs and I will be posting them as I finish resizing them!  Between shooting the mini-sessions and designing I just haven't had much time for posting!

Time is running out to get card orders in and I only have 3 mini-session slots left open so if you are wanting to get in on the Christmas Card special be sure to give me a call!  Otherwise I will see you after the first of the year!!!
