Spring Presents!!!

Wow! I can't believe how long it's been since I have last blogged! Bad bad bad me. Time flies!

I also can't believe it is Spring~ I am so looking forward to the longer (and warmer!) days. The grass is so green thanks to all the rain and the flowers are getting ready to bloom~ this has to be my all-time favorite time of the year to take pictures outside (go figure :)) In honor of Spring, all sessions booked on or before April 30 will receive as a gift a gorgeous Accordion Mini-Album~ actually you will receive 3, one to keep for yourself and two for friends, grandparents, etc. These little albums are the perfect "take along" size to show off your adorable little ones or your beautiful family anytime! Of course these minis are completely customizable with over 25 options for cover colors and each page will be customized for your pictures. I love these minis so much I just had to share!!

I also wanted to remind you not to forget the furry members of your family~ no, not him... your pets!! I love photographing animals ~ they are always so much fun and there is NEVER a dull moment with them! From dogs to parakeets, llamas to horses, I love to capture your favorite animal's spirit in a photograph that will surely become a cherished memory!

Downtown Mini-Shoot

Ok, so if you know me you know that one of my HUGE weaknesses is clothes and my fave clothes to buy are for Lilly. There is an awesome little children's consignment store in downtown Weatherford~ My Traveling Pants ~ that has the greatest upscale resale clothes! I love it and am there usually about once a week! They only take really great quality clothes and concentrate on the boutique brands. They are now also selling some new clothes that are amazing....including brands such as Mis Tee V-Us!! Lilly and I went down the other day and had a little mini shoot using some of their clothes- we had a fantastic time and are planning more next week. Downtown is a great place to shoot with so many old buildings and I hope to do many client sessions down there this spring.

Come on Spring!!!

I am SO ready for spring to get here!! I can't wait to get out and start taking pictures in the green grass of the pasture with all of the pretty leaves and blooms on the trees. I have been slowly stocking up on some fabulous dresses, tutus, pettiskirts and other fun things to play dress up with and I am so looking forward to photographing all of these kiddos as they play! I am already booking for May with only a couple of spots left open in April~ so excited!!

Check out the newest dress I have gotten in- I can't wait to see it against the gorgeous colors of spring! It is a size 4- I think it will work for girls between 2 and 5.

What little girl wouldn't LOVE this dress!! the hard part is keeping Lilly out of it!

I am also in the process of finishing my office/studio on the square so I will be offering studio photos very soon. The fun part of shooting in my studio is the area around it- when we are done indoors we can go outside around the cute little shops and great old buildings and do more urban type photos! I will be taking Lilly downtown this week to take some pics so I will post them here when we are done.

This is going to be a really exciting spring and I can't wait to share it with all of you!
